With a fast growing business formed through Facebook, GluPro required a point of sale for their goalkeeper gloves. With them used to taking PayPal payments from clients, it was becoming very time consuming. The challenge was simple, create an eCommerce website where clients can be directed from Facebook to make a purchase by credit or debit card on the website.
With professional goalkeepers using the gloves worldwide it was important we got across the message that they were professional gloves, worn by professionals at an affordable price.
Currently the website is only used to redirect clients from Facebook to make a sale with the intent of offering a worldwide digital marketing campaign in the future.
what we did.
With the use of bespoke artwork and match day photography we started putting together the shell of the site. Photos were delivered to us to be photographed professionally then edited to bring out the true quality of the gloves.
As the gloves range from various sizes (kids and adults), each glove needs be variable. The user can select their glove size from a dropdown menu, where GluPro receive the clients choice along with the delivery address by email.
As GluPro offer worldwide shipping, the delivery cost needed to be automatically calculated by the users shipping postcode.
As each goalkeeper glove GluPro produce is mainly a limited run, stock management was required on each size for each glove. Once the stock was low, GluPro receive an email notifying how many pairs of gloves are available for that size, which allows them to restock in time.
