FOLDER 1 – Please name folder as CLUB LOGO

Please upload the best quality files of your club logo in to this folder.

FOLDER 2 – Please name folder as OPPOSITION LOGOS

Please upload the best quality logos of all your league opposition logos in to this folder.

Please rename each logo to the club name.

FOLDER 3 – Please name folder as SPONSOR LOGOS

Please upload all your sponsor logos in to this folder.

Please rename each sponsor logo to the graphic you would like it to be on. eg, FIXTURE

Please note: one logo per graphic to give your sponsor the best possible exposure and return on investment as we discuss in the Sports Marketing Course.

FOLDER 4 – Please name folder as HOME PROFILE PHOTOS

Please upload all player profile photos wearing their 26/27 home kit, from the knees up. Not headshots.

Please rename the player profile photos to the players full name. eg, Alan Shearer.jpg

FOLDER 5 – Please name folder as AWAY PROFILE PHOTOS

Please upload all player profile photos wearing their 26/27 away kit, from the knees up. Not headshots.

FOLDER 6 – Please name folder as PLAYER SPONSORS

Please upload all player sponsor logos. Please rename each logo to the players full name so we know who its for.

FOLDER 7 – Please name folder as HOME MATCH PHOTOS

Please upload all match photos with your players wearing their 26/27 home kit.

Ideally if you could name the photos to the players name please. If they leave the club, we can easily find the player photos and remove them from future graphics.

FOLDER 8 – Please name folder as AWAY MATCH PHOTOS

Please upload all match photos with your players wearing their 26/27 away kit.

Ideally if you could name the photos to the players name please. If they leave the club, we can easily find the player photos and remove them from future graphics.

You can send new player match photos each month for us to use.

FOLDER 9 – Please name folder as SHIRTS

Please upload a high resolution mockup of your home and away shirt or a high quilt photo of your home and away shirt.

Please rename the photos if its HOME or AWAY.

How to send your fixtures:

On the 3rd week of every month, please send the full months fixtures for the following month on WhatsApp in the below formant for each game:

If its a cup game, please send the competition logo and the opposition logo if we do not have it on file.

Other Teams

Your package covers up to 5 teams within your club for matchday sets. Please send a message on WhatsApp with the team names and we will create a separate WhatsApp group for each team.
