This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Evoleze (“we”, “us”, “our”) for all products and services offered through our website and related platforms.
By purchasing a course, sales engine, or subscription service from us, you (“the client”, “you”, “your”) agree to the terms set out below.
1. Digital Products (Online Courses, Templates, Downloads)
All sales of digital products — including online courses, templates, eBooks, downloads, and related materials — are final and non-refundable.
Once you gain access to a digital product or course, you acknowledge that:
- Digital content cannot be “returned”, and
- You waive your statutory right to a refund once access or download begins.
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds only in exceptional cases such as accidental duplicate payments.
2. Service Packages (Sales Engine Builds, Monthly Management, Consultancy)
a. One-Off Services
For one-off services such as Sales Engine Builds or Funnel Setup, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
If you cancel before any work begins, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the total project fee, less any third-party setup costs already incurred (e.g., domain, automation, or software fees).
b. Monthly Management Services
For ongoing monthly services (e.g. Sales Engine Maintenance, Social Media Management, or similar retainers):
- You may cancel your agreement by providing a minimum of 3 months’ written notice via email to [your email address].
- The 3-month notice period begins on the date your written cancellation request is received.
- During this period, all agreed services and payments will continue as normal.
- Failure to provide notice within the specified period will result in continued billing until the notice period expires.
There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service, unused time, or periods of inactivity.
3. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge has been made in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction
We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider before contacting us may result in account suspension or legal recovery of owed fees.
4. Service Cancellations by Evoleze
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if:
- You breach our Terms & Conditions;
- Payment is overdue by more than 10 days;
- You engage in abusive, illegal, or unethical conduct; or
- Continued service presents reputational or operational risk.
If we terminate service for any reason other than your breach, you will receive a pro-rated refund for any prepaid unused period.
5. Refunds for Third-Party Platforms
Some services (e.g. Omnisend, Zapier, ManyChat, Stan Store) require third-party subscriptions.
All such fees are subject to the provider’s own refund and cancellation policies.
Evoleze is not responsible for any costs, charges, or cancellations relating to these third-party accounts.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.
The most recent version will always be available on our website, and your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
